Big FPS drops only in multiplayer games.

Today I needed to bring my laptop to college and let some students to complete a given form, but I assisted everyone and nobody did anything wrong. The laptop gone through many, but there seemed to be no problems.
I noticed the fps drop in games when i got home, and i noted that it ONLY affects multiplayer games. I tested it on Witcher 3, FarCry Primal, Tekken 7 and each of them was running normally, but my mp games(Smite, Warface, Paladins) had very low fps. I checked how much memory they take while running, and all was normal.
Note that its not my connection's fault. Its the connection I played so far, and it didnt trouble me this much.
My laptop specs:
Intel Core i7 6700HQ
Geforce GTX960M 4 GB GDDR5
8GB RAM DDR4
I also dont think its a driver fault, cause just before the task, it was running like it shoulded.
This is all I know. This is very wierd. If anyone got any tips for me, that would be great.
EDIT: I noticed the big fps drops happen in a very crowded area with players, and also the sound quality gets very bad.

Online games often rely more on CPU rather on GPU and even strong CPUs are not sufficient enough for intense environments. Additionally there is the server lag, each player in the crowded area generates data that is needed to correctly position them in the world and that data is sent to every other player in the area so this causes additional bottleneck.

Not to mention MMOs often suffer from bad optimization, frequent patch-and-break cycle and memory leaks. When i used to play TESO, my FPS would fluctuate from ~100 FPS in small instances to as low as ~15FPS in open world PVP or crowded places and a tiny overclock of ~200Mhz on CPU (it used to be i5-4690k) could sometime yeld a high FPS increase (often ~15FPS or so).

True, but thing is, before i had to work with the laptop, i had at least 60 fps in a very intense 5v5 moba teamfight
(Smite). And now I have like 15. And I didnt change anything, even the connection is the same as it used to be, same for the game's server.
I also noticed that now, it has to slowly recover fps after it loses it. Before it did it almost instantly.
I am aware it might be the CPU's fault. Maybe it doesnt use its full capacity anymore, cause when I check Task manager, everything looks fine.
Might a windows reinstall fix my problem? (Cause I cant see anything else that might work)
