Question big fps drops

hello so i got my new pc ryzen 3 3200g with gtx 1650 4 gb and i havnet bought hdd cuz i had from old computer so i lounched fortnite i had like max 420 fps but every time i turned around it goes to minimun 5 fps when i opened task manager my disc drive was on 100 percent is that the problem ?

It's very possible it's your HDD. But also possible it's ram too.

List your full PC specs, including PSU, MOBO, Ram type/model, HDD etc.

What resolution are you playing on?

i ahve b450m-hdv motherboard ryzen 3 3200g gtx 1650 4gb 8x2 2600mhz ram and 485 gb tohisba storage that is old like 4 or 5 years all items are new

Did you reinstall Windows when you reused the HDD? If no then start here.

yup i did clean install of windows 10 i had same problem with old computer i thought my gpu is weak so i upraded it to gtx 1650 but sam problem than i bought new pc but with the same hdd from old computer and same problem so i think its hdd but i dont know and when i reboot computer it takse like 40 seconds to 1 or 2 mins to boot up i had that problem even on my old pc so i think that is the problem but i dont know
