Is There Anyone Out There Who Can Help?????

I Have A Friends Laptop On Loan, And This Morning When I Tried To Use
It, It Said That Windows Couldn't Start As There Were Corrupt Files/
Files Were Missing.
It Suggested Reloading The Startup Disc, But This Won't Complete,
Saying Error 4.
The Two Items Listed Are
System32\drivers\ntfs.sys
System32\drivers\iaspnp.sys


This Means Nothing To Me As I Am Not Particualry Good With Computers -
Can Anyone Help? What Can I Do To Rectify This Problem???

Hmm...
You know, it seems like you have a virus.
So you need some recovering software that could be boot from DOS.
Or another contra way - make fresh Windows install.
