Question Big input lag in CS:GO

Hello, after reinstalling Windows 10 i'm experiencing really high latency and input lag in cs:go which makes game so unplayable it's kinda smooth but u feeling latency and lag so hard at once here are results from latencymon i also wanna say i just did BIOS update and it didn't helped
