Big Issue From Playing Games

Hey guys, I have been having small issues when running games (very infrequent crashing) but now the issue is getting worse. This happens on most games I play. I will list what games I notice issues in, and what exactly is happening.

Fortnite: Game crashes at random points, usually when loading the main menu after a game.
COD BO3: Game crashes after almost every game, after the leaderboard is shown and it tries to go to the main menu.
CS:GO: The game will crash if (weirdly enough) I try to flick my mouse too hard, and at other random points, most often in between rounds. I also tend to not just crash, but blue screen (I get a Memory Management, Attempted to Write in Readonly Memory, or Faulty Hardware Corrupted Data error message)
GTA V: This one honestly crashes at random times, with no pattern whatsoever. I can be loading into the map or walking around, and I will just randomly crash.
Some other games are also affected, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

UPDATE: https://gyazo.com/9fa1127f22dfc2074c73f612adac1623 This happens to my Steam a lot too. The whole page won't load, but some things do, when I roll over them with my cursor. The only way I have figured out how to fix it is to restart the app completely, or my computer in some cases.

In all of these, I have experienced at least one time per game saying that my data had been invalidated/corrupted, and then the program just shuts down. Then I go to validate the files on Steam (at least for Steam games), and sure enough, one or more files do not meet the requirements and has to be reinstalled. This is becoming increasingly troublesome since I can't enjoy my games for more than 20 minutes at a time, since my games are crashing.

Now, I have noticed that my Chrome tabs are starting to randomly "crash." I used to see only Google websites, like Docs and YouTube, but now I am seeing random tabs crashing (fanatical.com literally crashed while I was writing this post). I am just asking if there was a common issue, either a setting or something, or maybe even some bad hardware that I would need to replace.

My Rig
GPU: GTX 970 SC (Stock Speeds) (Stays around 75C)
CPU: i7 6700k (OC'd from 4 to 4.5ghz, still running at 65C-ish under load.
RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400 (Running at 2133)
PSU: 650W EVGA SuperNova 80+Gold
HDD: 2TB Slave Drive (Most of My Games are Played from this)
SSD: 480GB (CS:GO played from here)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3
Windows 10 OS

This computer is not dusty and has been in use since August-ish of 2016. All the parts were used since then, with the exception of the HDD, which was bought November 2017.

Solution
OP has had a PM with me. This is the solution he found:

Try booting with individual sticks only and see if it works. If both work, then it is the slots.

It was the slots. Just to be sure, I set the multipliers for the clock speed to 21, and also moved to slots 2 and 4.
