Big issues all of the sudden with my PC

So yeah... For no reason I started getting freezes here and there. My Pc just froze. Nothing would move or work...
It would happen at random times. And with different apps open.

Now I just started my PC and it is even worse... My apps from my task bar don't even open...
I have no idea how this just started, I barely even used my pc and always had payed software on it and never downloaded anything weirdly with it...

Any help?

try checking by changing your ram slot.... or use onboard gpu.... and check if it still happens

Issue is resolved... I moved my pc to a lan party last time and it was my power cable that was not plugged right... With shakes of the desk it would trigger the problem. Thanks for the help though.
The icon issue was resolved with a restart after the bios update
