This is my first build and i have gotten stuck on a couple things PLEASE HELP

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: ASAP

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: internet browsing light gaming word processing and having fun with OC

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: newegg.com just what i know

PARTS PREFERENCES: AMD

OVERCLOCKING: Yes / Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: Dont know on board video

This is what i have come up with for my new build it is very basic as i already have a keyboard mouse hard drive and monitor
I also have about a 300 dollar budget for this

and what i have a huge question on memory i have found this from the motherboards manufacturers website OCZ Reaper HPC 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1150 (PC2 9200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227196 the only problem i have is that it is DDR2 1150 and my CPU is compatable with up to DDR2 1066 will this be a problem?
or should i go to something compatible in 1066
also any other comment would be most helpful

your cpu can control 1150mhz, it's just that according to amd and such any ram speed above 1066mhz runs at one dimm per channel, but a few have found this untrue.

your pc would also run faster with 4GB of 800mhz or 1066mhz.
