Big pixels in the screen sometimes

Hello guys,
I have a question about my card its an msi r9 280 i connected it to my 40 inch television, but while gaming it sometimes turns red blue stripes and even dots in the middle of the screen.
Dont even think its my psu. Its an 850 coolermaster. So how can i fix this

Artifacts like that come from overheating or a failing video card most often. Check temps using HWMonitor, make sure case and fans are clean, test the card in another system.

Coolermaster is not the best power supply brand, it may be a bad power supply also, but check card first.
