Ok so I'm not sure if this will work but could I try basically transfer my entire pc's worth of data for example: games, files, software, any other data; ect to an external hard drive and then sell my pc to get enough money to by a new pc with what I'll have in total and then transfer the data and games to the new pc. I have no clue and its probably not possible.
Thank You :)

Technically, you could clone the contents of your current HDD to another and perform such a transfer. However, you may run into any number of issues trying to run Windows and the apps on the new system.

For optimal results, you should just save your personal files, game saves, etc and then re-install everything on the new rig and then copy your previous files back.
