Big temp i5-4690k! 83 degrees!

I have i5-4690k which i overclocked to 4.0 GHz at 1.08 Volts. At idle its 50-60 degrees and can get up to 83 degrees when under 100% load(stream+play game, no stress test.)
Asus z97m-plus
i5 4690k-4.0GHz
Gammaxx 300
RAM-16gb

I reappled thermal paste 3 weaks ago, mounting kit is stay correct
Ambient temp nearly +25~35 degrees

Simply, you would need a better cooler for your overclock if you want to keep temps under 70 degrees.
Or there may be a problem with your Airflow ?
What Case are you using ?
Do you have any case fans ?

I think so too. The Gammax 300 is quiet and cools fine @stock speeds, but you will have to get something like the 212evo to get below 70°C or better the Noctua NH-U14S for overclocking, if you wanna get below 60°C.

While your ambient is that high, a good ventilated case should be there too.
