Big voltage spikes, Don't want it to shorten my cpu lifespan...

Okay, I just built my pc with my Ryzen 7 1800x. I'm using the Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240 cooler and an MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon. I went with the default settings and never have gone to the bios yet, and in Ryzen Master the highest I've seen was 36 Celsius. Here are my questions:

1. What is the maximum clockspeed I can hit without voiding my warranty?

2. In Ryzen Master I saw the voltage spike to 1.525. I've heard above 1.425 is unsafe, so why is this happening and how do I fix it?

EDIT: It hit 41.5 when I closed Minecraft, and the clockspeed spiked to 4.1

Solution
Changing clock speed doesn't void the warranty even if blows up. Any OC is done thru BIOS and no record of CPU frequency is kept on it. In other words, it can't be proven.
You probably have XFR turned on and it's supposed to turbo to 4.1GHz when it's called for.

Ok thanks, I didn't know XFR was turned on.
