[SOLVED] Bigger 3gb card runs better then a smaller 3g card?

I had a 3Gb card in my pc and it was pretty big so I swapped it with a diffrent 3Gb that was laying around. This one is more slim than the other one but it can't handle anything the old one could. I'm a bit confused. Shouldn't they be running the same? (Nividia Quadro 4000 [Slim one] XFX R7570 {big one})

Different GPUs have different processors which can be vastly different. vRAM size makes little difference compared to the capability of the processor in the GPU.
