Hello everyone !

First of all, I'm sorry for my english, I'll do my best to be understand because the title is real, I have an issue with my graphic textures and after more than one year of research no one found the problem (I'm going crazy).

My current specs :
Asus Rog Strix X570-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
32 Gb G Skill Trident 3200MHz
SSD Samsung 860 QVO 1 Tb
RTX 3080 Gigabyte Gaming OC
NZXT H710i
NZXT Kraken x52
PSU Corsair 850W Gold

My old specs :

Asus Rog Strix X570-F Gaming
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
16 Gb G Skill Trident 3200MHz
SSD Samsung 860 QVO 1 Tb
AMD Sapphire Nitro + RX5700XT
NZXT H710i
NZXT Kraken x52
PSU Bequiet 600W Gold

I facing a big texture issue on all kind of game, from 2001 game like Dark Age of Camelot to nowadays PUBG / New World, everything looks blurry or blinking, for my side it is the anti aliasing who doesn't work well so I decide to change my graphic cards and even my CPU (avoid bottleneck).

This is all troubleshooting done during this year :
  • Update bios, graphic drivers, Windows...
  • Change graphic card
  • Change CPU
  • Check Ram
  • Enable/disable resize bar
  • Bring PC to 2 different store for hardware checking (allg)
  • OC CPU and GPU
  • Change monitor from a Full HD to a 2K (cables included)
Here are some videos but sadly youtube conversation reduce the quality of records and makes it hard to pin down

I hope you can see that the textures are awful, mostly the grass and trees, later I'll do a video with New World which is the worst.

Guys, I beg you, I'm tired of this issue, I've spend lot of time and money in order to enjoy good times with video games but this turn me crazy...

Thank you

Solution
then you didnt set it right
check app profile in nvidia 3d settings - program settings, search app executable if it has custom setting, if it has, global profile wont work (mostly) as geforce experience can create custom profiles, do changes there
app should be closed if you changin settings, sometimes profile wont apply if your not in fullscreen
if its that blurry floor÷terrain furter away from you then here nvidia control panel - 3d settings:
anisotropic filtering -> 16x
texture filtering - anisotropic sample optimisation -> off
texture filtering - negative LOD bias -> clamp
texture filtering - quality -> quality
texture filtering - trilinear optimisation -> off

that will reduce blur, if you still need to have textures without blur further away from you, then use nvidia inspector app to reduce negative LOD bias by lovering it into negative numbers, some games can break sun flare or other area effects if negative LOD bias is set too low

Did you download the video ?
It's hard to explain haha
Just the texxtures are not as they should be regarding my friend game or any streamer/youtube videos

If you look at the trees or the grass you can see that the small particles are like flashing like over sharpness and buildings got moving trays
