There is a lot of room for improvement especially with a big budget like that. This is the improved build. The only downside is the Motherboard, but it is also not bad. It has got 4 expansion slots, 2 Sata 6Gb/sec ports, 2 3Gb/sec ports, USB 3.0, HDMI. The only drawback is the 2 RAM slot, but that too is opinion based. I would be fine with 2 RAM slots.

+ i5 4440, way better than the FX 6300 for gaming.
+ AMD R9-280x which is way better than the AMD R9-270x.
+ G.Skill Ripjaws 1600Mhz RAM with CL9
+ WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD - Fastest consumer grade HDD
+ Bitfenix Shinobi Window case - Black which is a nice case.
+ And a lot more...

I'm only going to be buying from PCCG I think.

I've tried PCPartPicker a lot of times but when I add up shipping costs from each store it goes over my budget by a far amount.

PCCG is very close to me meaning that I can easily pick up the parts or get the whole build couriered for $30.
