.BIN and .CUE

I have files with these two extensions. They are supposed to be ISO files. How do i go about burning them, as those extensions are not options to open in Nero and NTI CD-maker.

Try CDR-Win. The bin file is the data, the cue file tells the program how to burn the data.

Just to add to my previous post, DiscJuggler will also work with bins.

Do not take this advice for all programs.... But i can burn them in my burner w/o the cue

You can also just make your own cue file if you are without one.
