Binkw32 dll-application

the blinkw32.dll file is installed in the windows or windows system directory - it should be installed in the application directory....

how can i do this i dont understand it.. can you help me.. should i download that .dll?? or copy it? it requires in the game called "fear reborn project origin"

i downloaded it from torrent...
