Bio update for Crosshair 6 hero.

Hey i have a new motherboard CROSSHAIR 6 HERO so what BIO update do i need to update it? and the other files what do i need?

Choose you OS from the drop down menu here then download the latest BIOS available to you. You can double check your current BIOS version by going into BIOS and locating it on the top left hand corner

The other necessary files will also be located lower down the menu, i.e audio, LAN, chipset.

Thank you for your help now i did the update im noticing that CPU cooler speed goes fast then it slow down and the speed goes up again im using a AM 3+ cooler and what setup should i have in the BIOS and the CPU is a RYZEN 5 1600x and the temperature at 70
