"Bioexcess " Incorrect Logon Password

I bought a Lenovo Computer with bio-excess built in, much to my stupidity I upgraded to Windows 8. The bio-excess is gone , So I installed it again .When I'm giving details in initial wizard there its asking me "Windows Logon Password " when I'm giving my password Its showing me 'Incorrect password'
