BIOS 1.3 ASRock z97 Extream 4

So someone on the forums was helping me out and they said i need BIOS 1.3 on my ASRock Z97 Extream 4 mother board I pan on getting. However they said that my i5 4690k cpu requires my mono to have BIOS version 1.3 or it will not run. Can anyone further inform me on this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thats what the Asrock site says NOT me. If I'm wrong the site is wrong. It may or may NOT be on it when you get it

Paul sorry, I'm looking on a bunch of different pages looking for this BIOS info for this mobo, was wondering if you had a link to the page with info?

Well theres only one place the Asrock site, if you searched for the mobo in Google, you would find it
