try these

manually put 4-4-4-12 and 2T
manually put the default voltage
set SLI ready memory to EXPERT
disable linkboost and gpu-ex

please tell me if that worked for you

thanks for the info, actually ive been messing about with it again( ive had it setup for a week, pervious mobo had to be RMA'd )
I havnt run it enough, but reading around the net, it seems sometimes for the board it needs to be run at +.1 volts for all the ddr ram settings( i cant remember offhand ) along with running it at 2.1, it seemed to work so i upped my FSB for the CPU @ 2.8 :), the Battlefield 2 2 hour test( it was rebooting beforehand ) passed so far, im gonna up to 3

TBH i think its was the individual ram voltage that solved it( if it is solved ) as apparently with noise this sometimes needs to be set
