In BIOS it recognizes that I have 8GB of ram yet windows 10 only recognizes 3.97GB.
I've tried changing the ram sticks around (channel A-B) and the MSCONFIG method but neither have worked. It used to show 8GB installed 3.97 Usable now it only shows 3.97GB installed.

My Specs are:
Mobo: 990-FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD FX 8370
GPU: MSI R9 390 8G
HDD: WD Blue 1TB WD10EZEX (Windows installed on)
SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 120GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (2x4GB)

Anyone advice/help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Solution
Sounds like a RAM corruption.
Try switching the places around with the 2 ram sticks.
It seems as if you have a 2X4GB.
If that doesn't work, try booting the PC up with 1 ram stick only.

Secondly, run a memtest86 to see if theres any incompatibles or problems within the RAM itself.
