Bios A19 Issues UEFI Secure on

Inspiron 7720 17r laptop , can't get it to change UEFI settings. Password hint comes up but using Dell Support to get password , it does not accept , invalid password. Dell charged me for service call online but was to no avail, they don't know how to get it to boot to Windows.

No longer have this issue, replaced motherboard and all is well again. Crazy that Dell cannot or will not resolve this issue.
