Bios and CPU Updates to Bluford M/Board

MTC2 E139765 Bluford P4 M/board.I upgraded bios to A02 and cpu to 2.8ghz from 1.8ghz. When I run it there is no video.I tried to update to A04 Bios,none will work.Anyone tell me which A04 bios to use? OR the fastest cpu I can use with A02 Bios?

Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of the PSU you're using to power the system? A P4 2.8GHZ will need substantial amount of power to get going. Per your motherboard specs, it supports Pentium and Celeron processors of that platform(socket 478).
