Question Bios and windows not detecting second m.2 drive

So I have an Asus strix b450f gaming motherboard with and nvme (boot)drive installed on m.2_1 and an m.2 drive installed on m.2_2. The system recognizes the nvme drive but doesn’t show show the m.2 on either windows or bios. So my question is could this be a compatibility issue or is the drive faulty?

Storage: m.2_1: intel ssd 600p series 250gb nvme,

M.2_2 only supports PCIe not SATA M.2_1 supports both and it looks like M.2_2 shares bandwidth with the first PCIe slot so it will run x8 instead of x16 if populated.

Off topic does that specific wd blue drive have dram?

I believe it does though transparency basically doesn't exist from these manufacturers. You could look up the exact model you have, but the only one which was SATA WD blue 2TB over M.2 I found the information for said it has DRAM.
