so I built a new PC
b450 auros elite
ryzen7 3700X
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 2X8
550W
gtx 1080

the motherboard is up to date

I have already tried this:
check single channel
change channel to see maybe the slots are the problem.
check ram stick each
reseat cpu
cmos reset
msconfig -->maximum memory (8192)
my conclusion is that BIOS settings because all the RAM stick and slots are works.

beggin for help.

Test from mem 98

Edit:
XMP is off.

when the ram sticks are on same channel, pc detect both.

when its on dual channel, bios show only ddr4_a1

Clear max memory settings in msconfig.

Check your ram modules by booting with single module only. It's possible one of your modules is faulty.
thank you for reaply.
for some reason, when testing one stick each time.
right slots (DDR4_1&DDR4_3) wont recognize both sticks and PC won't start up.
BUT when i add the second stick to the other slots (DDR4_4&DDR4_2) for dual channel
BIOS and windows detect 1 stick (which I guess that is the stick on the DDR4_1 or DDR4_3 slot.
but for some reason CPU z detect 16GB.

Hope its understood.
