Bios ASUS M5a97 2.0

Hi i have a problem with my motherboard ASUS M5A97 r2.0
components: rx 280 gpu , cpu fx 8350 , 2 hard drive 1 500 gb and other one 1 tb. CPU FAN cooler master 212 evo and a wireless anthena tp link.
so the problem is when i turn on my computer and it shows me the ec flash bios file might be corrupted. i tried cleaning the cmos or removing the batter and moving the jumper but nothing. of course it wont let me enter the bios pressing del or f2 or f12

How i update the BIOS if i cant acces to it. my pc doesnt boot

Use crashfree bios / bios flashback

download the updated bios from another pc or smartphone. unzip then transfer it to a usb then post back if still having issues

hmmm maybe contact asus. i have a problem where i cannot rollback the bios only flash updated ones

UPDATE: hi so i did the flashback and it works but just once, then when i restart the computer it crash again the bios. so i have to make again the flashback and then start the computer. I updated the bios too. but it is still crashing. any reasons? i am running a anti virus now just in case, and i uninstalled some unnecessary programs
