Bios beep codes 1 long 1 short system board problem what does this mean

Hello,
i have been gettin 1 long beep and 1 short beep when tryin to start up my pc i looked up the beeps and it said system board problem could anyone give me abit more detail into this please

System board (Motherboard) problem usually requires replacement. If it's still under warranty take it to the nearest Packard Bell authorized service center.
