No memory detected...I ran into that issue earlier today. Make sure you press them in from both sides directly down into the slots with your thumbs until you hear the snap on the white DDIM lock on the side and make sure the card is even on the opposite side. It may not be all the way in on that side so you might just have to give it another little shove in there. It feels like it might not be good for the MoBo, but it's supposed to fit in nice and tight like that.
