Question BIOS beep or something

Hello everyone,

My father brought an old PC from his work, but he makes a beep.
Why?

What kind of beep is this:
"Beeeeeep beep beep"
And there is no screen.

My father had permission from his work

Please post the entire system spec of the PC.
And elaborate on the beep code, do you mean it is 1 long and 2 short?

The specs are:
Motherboard - ASUS P8875-m LE DirectX 11 Support
Power - CHIEFTEC GPA-350S 350 w
HDD - Western Digital WD800AAJS (I think)
CPU - ?
RAM - ?

The beep code was 1 long and 2 short

On an ASUS motherboard, 1 long, 2 short is usually a RAM issue I believe (might vary with boards though).
Might be worth trying to re seat the RAM

Being as the AMI BIOS setting doesn't have a 1 long and 2 short, I will assume it is an ASUS BIOS standard, in which case it's indicated a memory failure.

Presumably it worked whilst it was at work?

Nope, it didn't worked and without the ram also not.
