Bios boot cycle errors keyboard

Hi there,
I have an HP Pavilion dm1 that is stuck in start-up repair loop. I think it may be bios setting that won't let it get past keyboard or mouse error. How do I access bio setting to let it continue even if errors are detected on start-up? Thanks so much for any help...

Otherwise you might need to use a Recovery Option.

The Start-Up test in System Diagnostics said Short DST test failed. What next? thanks much for the help...
