Question BIOS boot issue please help

Hey all, I just bought a new cpu, upgrading to a Ryzen 3600 from a 1400, and to do so I needed to flash my bios to a new version. Well I followed all instructions, and went into the bios, selected M flash and it asked if I wanted to boot it into flash mode, I said yes, and it restarted automatically and went to a black screen.
It didn't ask me to select my flash drive or my bios file. Just restarted and went to a black screen. I waited about 10 minutes before restarting and I'm still on a black screen. I've tried resetting CMOS battery but it didn't help. Any suggestions? My mother board is the B350M Bazooka.

Did you download the bios to a usb stick? You are supposed to use a usb stick with the bios file, insert it in your pc, then go to bios and look for file on stick and let it install the bios from the stick. Watch this:
