Question BIOS boot loop after updating the BIOS and installing a new CPU ?

I've just installed new CPU after I updated the BIOS beforehand, and yet it will only boot to the BIOS.
I tried changing to CSM mode but that did not work. Boot Device is set to the HDD as #1

Any ideas?
