Question Bios boot loop

Hi
My motherboard gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H keeps on boot looping. i tried removing cmos battery and then inserted it after few minutes and nothing happens . i touched the bios chip with sharp pin but even after that just it showed mmotherboard logo and the showed empy blue page with gigabyte UEFI dualbios screen. and note my keyboard and mouse are not working while it boots . please help.

What's your full system spec including PSU make and model?

i just sort the mbios with screwdriver , i thought that backup bios will be recovered. but nothing happens.
my specs:
gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h mother board

8gb ram ddr3

zotac nvidia gt730 2gb ddr5

intel i3 3220 processor

When did the issue start occurring?
Did it start boot looping after a change?
