Bios Boot Override

I was looking for a setting in my Bios last night when I accidentally clicked on Bios Boot Override. Now when I try to start my computer it says it was unable to start and it tries to restore to a backup but that fails.

Here is a picture, I clicked the top option.

Any help is appreciated.

Go back into bios and set the boot priority to your hard drive. It looks like that is the third option. And next time please include all the details, like the mobo brand and model.

Clicking the third option just leads me to a screen to enable or disable the hard drive. I did go to the boot prioriy and set the hard drive first but it still did nothing.

The Mobo brand and model is ASUS F1A75-V EVO
