Question Bios/Boot screen flickering/glitching

My PC boots with full screen glitch/flickering when it is restarted soon after booting up. Nvidia driver updates also appear to set of the flickering. I have attached a video. Any advice on how to stop this/ what is causing the issue would be appreciated. If feels like a graphics card driver issue maybe? (Hence posting in the graphics card catagory) Hoping it's not hardware related. Thanks in advance.

I'm using:

ROG Strix B550-I
RTX 3070 FE
