[SOLVED] BIOS boot to USB

I have tried to get my USB to boot when my laptop starts although there are only three options I can choose, and they are.

1st boot device [Removable Dev.]

2nd boot device [SATA: PM-Hitachi HT]

3rd boot device [ATAPI CD-ROM]

I've tried to boot with removable dev. because I'am guessing that it's my USB flash drive so i have tried but it dosen't work, can someone give some tips to boot it from USB flash drive?


Almost forgot i have a ASUS Eee pc.

Are you sure the USB you are trying to use is bootable?
Have you tried it on another machine?
....because I think [Removable Dev.] means USB.

Yes, i have tried it on a another pc. It worked on the desktop but not the laptop.

Then I would try different USB ports.....and even though it works on another PC....I would still try a different bootable USB.

I tried changing USB flash drive and it worked thank you, i have been sitting with this for hours... THANKS!!
