Question Bios Boot

Have installed a SSD samsung 860 QVO into old pc Medion Akoya E7330 no problem cloned it. There it is on disk drive e. Go to BIOS there it is in hard disk drives number 2 but i can't move it into pole position.

You're advised to reinstall the OS for your platform, anew, not cloning it.

I'd suggest that you boot off the original OS drive, then backup any and/or critical content and then format both HDD and SSD partitions that have the OS on them and reinstall the OS onto your SSD. As for your OS, what are you working with at the time of writing? I'm not familiar with your platform's BIOS, mind sharing an image of what you see in the BIOS boot device priorities?

Bit of an old novice. I just followed Samsung data migration instructions to install ssd it's in device and printers I can see it in Hard Disk Drives in the BIOS settings just can't move it. will try and put picture on.

Just went onto Bios SSD has disappeared
