BIOS booting twice.. started happenning after installing SSD

I'm not exactly sure what is wrong or what this even means or if I am even in the right subforum but this started happening after I just installed my new SSD(fresh install). I just got the Samsung 850 Evo 250gb ssd. I have a Asrock z77 pro4-m motherboard.

The issue is that it boots through once, and this comes up. I believe the Can't find any device is a new error.

Asmedia 106 sata controller ver .93 AHCI mode
Using PCIE Gen 2
Can't find any device

Then, it reboots and this PCIE gen 2, can't find any device does not pop up anymore and windows starts after that.

This issue may actually be harmless but I want to fix it because it's costing 4-5 seconds on my boot up time and I'm not sure if this will lead to future problems.

Open windows event viewer to view the system and application log errors and post them here, it may help figure out the problem

Post your complete and detailed build.

Check what drive is in what boot priority in bios. Sounds like it can't find a drive.

you have the ssd plugged into the non intel sata chipset. the acmedia message should not come up if nothing is plugged into them.

Your boot drive should be plugged into sata port 0 or 1.

I actually had the SSD plugged into the native intel sata slot... Nothing was plugged into the asmedia sata slots so thats really weird for it showing up. I went to the BIOS and disabled the asmedia sata3 mode and that can't find any device error does not pop up anymore. Guess that error makes sense since there was literally no device connected to the asmedia ports.
