BIOS bricked any tips?

So, I tried to mod my bios. It restarted and it boots up to a black screen.
I have a lenovo y410p

Methods I have tried
I've tried removing the battery and holding on to the power button.

If I'm not mistaken, that link leads to steps to take for fixing the problem. Only other possibility is to take it to someone that can program the BIOS directly.
