Bios can not find an operating system

I got a 120gb ssd and to get it plugged in i had to take out the gpu and dissconnect all drives from sata ports. When i connected everything back (the drives were connected diffirently to the sata ports) everything booted and worked but after a few restarts (i was looking for my second ssd on windows) the bios stopped seeing a operating system to boot.

I would be looking in the BIOS to see if all the drives are recognized and if they are I would confirm that the boot drive is actually set up as the boot drive in the BIOS.
