Hello guys
I have an SSD (samsung 850 EVO 500GB) with windows 7 installed.
Today I added another SSD (Samsung 840 EVO 250GB) with linux installed.
My motherbase is an ASRock Z97M Anniversary.
I wanted to install two different OS on two different SSD (like I said before one with WIN7 and the other one with linux). To do so I simply plugged in the first SSD and I installed win7, then I disconnected the first SSD and I connected the second one and installed linux.
Now, the problem is that, when I try to plug both SSD, by Bios gives me just two Boot Options:
-CD/DVD boot
-And Just One Of Two SSD..
(it depends on which I ve ran for the last time).
How can I make my Bios find both SSD in order to choose which OS I want to start?
And is there a chance to make this choice directly when the computer starts (without enter into the BIOS)?
I solved changing the motherboard connections.. I ve inverted the cd rom connection with the second SSD connection in the motherbase.. My motherbase probably had a precise order to execute Sata3 connections.
