bios changed repair

Recently my grandson got into my bios and changed settings. Now I can't access bios to change back to default because my keyboard doesn't work and my computer only boots to ide fixed disk isn't present. I'm really not a computer wiz so I'm dumb founded on what to do. I've tried everything I thought to do with boo success please help
