Bios changed to aptios setup utility

My bios changed randomly.i dont know what happend i had normal bios but now i have something called aptios setup utility.i upgraded from win 10 to 11 nothing else.can i change it back? The motherboard is h110 dont know the brand it doesnt say for some reason i think its some generic.

It says the manufacturer is intel in cpuz

How did you get Win 11 installed on this system?
That is an unsupported CPU, and WIn 11 can only happen with some off-channel workarounds.

You would be correct i did do a work around but i dont see how this would effect the bios
