If you are sure it's the bios and not a hardware failure it should solve your issues. Here is a chip if you have been looking for one: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/BIOS-CHIP-ASUS-P5W-DH-DELUXE/400839412733?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140620075055%26meid%3D69c7c200566a4f12b0798c3bc2c9ccf4%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D20140620075055%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D380211898948

I just looked at your board on the Asus site and found this:

"CrashFree BIOS 3: The ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 allows users to restore corrupted BIOS data from a USB flash disk containing the BIOS file. This utility saves users the cost and hassle of buying a replacement BIOS chip."

Maybe you should look into this first.

i have no clue how to,i tried already like for 2 hrs, any suggestion how to do it?

I just found this http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id=20121220040854225&board_id=1&model=M2A-VM+HDMI&page=1&SLanguage=en-us Check it out. One of the ASUS moderators is the one giving the advice. 😉
