Bios chip swap problem

I recently swapped out my new motherboards bios chip for one that was updated to run a 7th gen intel processor. When I turn power on via my PSU the bios chip almost instantly became extremely hot to the touch.

What motherboard is this? Where did the BIOS come from? Did you take a picture of the old chip before you removed it to ensure you put the new one in correctly?
