BIOS, chkdsk, safemode display not shown, Windows boot correctly

Hi, so there is a pc in my office that catch my interest. when it turned on, there is nothing shown there, no bios status, safe mode display, everthing that shown before welcome screen not shown. it is totally black screen that makes you think something wrong. But, it able to boot to windows correctly.

how does it happen? is there anyway to fix that? i dont know what the motherboard is but it run windows 7 and run correctly

BIOS allows you to select what is displayed at PC boot time.

I have my computer set up to go straight from the a black screen to the Windows welcome screen. I like it that way.
