BIOS corrupted, boot from usb? HELP!

hello, im having an issue with my bios it may also be windows corrupted but i have to try it out. The issue im having is my computer hanging at at the bios splash screen, i cant do anything past there its like its frozen. Can't press esc or anything to get in bios properties.

Im wondering if i could boot my bios through my usb? i have the correct drivers for my MOBO just curious cause this is a really frustrating issue.
