Question Bios corrupted pls help

So my main bios got corrupted on my pc i have a amdfx6300 cpu and my gpu is an rx560 my motherboard is a GA-78 lmt R2 i cant switch to back up seeing as none of the ways ive seen work i also tried to find an update to flash the bios cause i have windows 10 can someone pls help? also its stuck in a boot loop

You should not have to do anything. If your primary BIOS becomes corrupted then the Back-up BIOS should automatically kick in and restore the back-up to the main chip.

yeah well thats not the case this time it doesnt kick in and ive tried to make it work but it doesnt
