Hi.
I have a 5 yr old Dell Latitude E5530 Running Windows 10.
Having a problem keeping the current Time/Date settings in my BIOS.
Windows 10 install are up-to-date.

When I plug the charger adapter to port. the computer automatically boots up (power button lights on).
get a message:

Message on boot up screen:
Configuration problem.
Time or Date is invalid
Press F1 to continue
Press F2 to run BIOS.

This occurs daily.

To Fix:
1 Go to BIOS see date 11/20/18.
2 Manually change Date and Time to current. Exit BIOS.
3 Power off/up.
4 Boots up successfully. Time/Date changes to current.

As a permanent fix tried:
In date/time system settings tic (date/time)Auto On.
Next day,Date/Time still reverts back to 11/20/18 when charger is plugged in.

No sure if relevant:
2 years ago I swapped out the original E5530 HD to use a HD from a different computer.
Did not get any errors.
Occasionally, I connect a external HD to run Linux. I change UEFI to Legacy during boot.
Revert boot sequence back to UEFI when Linux testing is finish. Reset date/Time in system settings.

Any Ideas.
Thanks: TC.
