BIOS detect my 2x 8GB sticks, but says it has only 8GB RAM installed

Hi, I've build my new Ryzen system and my memory won't be detected right in the BIOS. In my Windows settings it says that 16GB is installed but only 8GB is available.

Here are my PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x (temporarily)
MOBO: Asus ROG Crosshair VI Extreme x370
RAM: Corsair Vengeane RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) 3200
GPU: Asus Dual GTX 1070
PSU: Corsair RM650X 2018

Hi, my PC only boots with BIOS version 6201, otherwise it shows 0d error code on the Q-LED display and the DRAM light stays orange

For the people with the same problem: Check always the QVL list of the vendor! My RAM isn't compatible with my motherboard, I had to buy new RAM.
